Advanced fitted system.
Thanks to the special PRIMED fitted system, spacer + front panel, you will be able, with the simple replacement of the front panel, to change the fly screen model in the future without having to do masonry work to replace the previously inserted fitted guides.

With a 45 mm square roller box and an ergonomic handle bar, it integrates perfectly into your environment thanks to the 78 mm spacer that permits discreet and refined fitted installation.

As standard you will receive it with a grey fibreglass mesh electrowelded at the edges and with buttons.

The 78 mm spacer and front panel allow you to install your fly screen easily and accurately.

Solid and secure handle hooking thanks to the hidden handle caps at the end of the rails.

Fitted installation.

The fitted installation of the 78 Vertical fly screen takes place in three main steps. First, fit and secure the 78 mm spacers in the wall recess. Next, fit and secure the fly screen’s roller box. Finally, complete the assembly by attaching the two front panels at the sides.

HORIZONTAL/WIDTH section

Ordering size= Clear dimension + 71 mm

(including 3 mm tolerance)

VERTICAL/HEIGHT section

Ordering size= Clear dimension + 45 mm

The horizontal and vertical sections show the ordering size of the fly screen compared to the clear dimension, providing a clear reference for precise, made-to-measure installation.

Clutched mechanism.

Available on request, the clutched mechanism slows down
the winding of the mesh when closing the fly screen.

Standard
Without the clutched mechanism, the fly screen rewinds quickly.

Optional
With the clutched mechanism, the rewinding of the fly screen is more controlled and gentle.

Closing block.

Standard

Ergonomic, practical and safe handle bar for everyday use.

Optional

The optional closing block locks the handle bar, when the fly screen is closed, preventing accidental opening.

Insert for adjustable roller shutters.

The insert for adjustable roller shutters, made of aluminium, fits into the 78 mm spacer when an adjustable roller shutter is installed in the window recess.

Designed to ensure the precise internal measurement required, the ivory-coloured insert is pre-installed by us during production to ensure perfect integration and ease of assembly.

A touch of style.

Ergonomic tassel, silent on contact with glass, available in 6 colours to match your fly screen. Bronze, Brown, Ivory, Silver, White, Black.

Clutched mechanism

Inserting the clutched mechanism slows down the winding of the mesh when closing the fly screen. When the clutched mechanism is engaged, the minimum width measurement must be increased by 200 mm.
